RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Most physical products sold by Michael Novian Books are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges because you ordered the wrong size or color, or because you changed your mind.

Please review product descriptions, available options, and size information carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue when possible.

Once we review the claim, we will work with you on the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Do not return an item unless we specifically instruct you to do so. If a return is required, we will provide the appropriate return instructions before the item is sent.

WRONG SIZE OR COLOR

Because physical merchandise is generally produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges when the customer selected the wrong size, color, or other product option.

Please verify your selections before completing checkout.

CHANGE OF MIND

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for made-to-order physical products because of a change of mind after the product has been produced.

ORDER PROBLEMS

If you believe there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible.

Please do not send products to an address you find online or to the address of a manufacturer, printer, or fulfillment provider unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

REFUNDS

When a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

After a refund is issued, the amount of time required for it to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, and location.

If an approved refund does not appear within a reasonable period after you have been notified that it was issued, contact us and we will help verify the refund status.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, downloads, printable materials, and other electronically delivered products are generally non-refundable after delivery or access has been provided.

If you were charged more than once for the same digital purchase, received the wrong digital file, or cannot access a purchased file, contact us and we will work to correct the issue.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
