Digital Download Help

This page applies to products labeled as digital downloads. Physical posters and merchandise are shipped separately and do not include a download unless the product page says so.

Where to find your files

• Check the email address used at checkout.
• Look for the message containing your Michael Novian download link.
• Check spam, promotions, or junk folders if the message does not arrive.

Opening PDF files

Most downloadable items are PDF files and can be opened with common PDF readers on phones, tablets, and computers.

Printing files

Printable items are intended for personal home printing or personal use through a local print service. Color, margins, and paper size can vary with printer settings.
